  We had a wood zero clearance fireplace installed. They did a pretty good job with the install. Although they didn't center it, and needed to pull it out and redo the install, which was a pita. But they did the right thing and fixed pretty much everything. Towards the end it felt like they were rushing, but everything ended up nice. We have some cracking in the grout, but aside from that, everyone remarks on how much they like the new fireplace.

  Very professional, knowledgeable, personable. A great business experience. Did what they said they would do and did it on time. Met all expectations!!!
