  Purchased flooring. Selected a installation date (that was open all day) for 9:00am - 10 days in advance. On installation date, 2:00pm came and installers still not there and no one had called. I called them and they said that they had a installation scheduled before me. Apparently that customer must have spent more money than me. Installers showed up about 3:30. Too late, as I had 4:30 obligation. Owner called wanting to reschedule and I said it was unnecessary. I was scheduled first for the day you didn't honor our agreement. Obviously, my business wasn't important enough because North Georgia Floors: a. scheduled someone before me after I was told that that date was "wide open for installation" and "I'd be first on the list"; b) no one at North Georgia Floors had neither the common sense nor customer respect to inform me of any delays. I informed that owner that I needed to cancel the order and he reluctantly agreed to do that. However, it has been over 10 and the refund has still not shown on my account. Called again and left two messages. No response.
